A seasoned international mediator and educator, David Dowling brings over 16 years of experience in resolving disputes across a variety of areas including probate, employment, family law, education, and personal injury. David graduated with a degree in communications from Brigham Young University, earned his law degree at Chapman University School of Law, and his Master's from Pepperdine's prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. With this strong educational foundation and his extensive practical experience, David has successfully mediated thousands of cases and trained numerous legal professionals. He lectures and provides training for mediators internationally and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
